This project focused on managing and growing an AdTech-focused YouTube channel through strategic content direction, thumbnail design, and audience-centered communication. My role included working as both the YouTube manager and content strategist for the platform.

The primary objective was to establish a stronger visual identity while enhancing the connection between content and viewers in a highly competitive digital environment. The channel covered topics related to advertising, branding, audience psychology, and modern digital marketing culture.

To support this, I developed a consistent thumbnail and visual system using bold typography, cinematic compositions, high-contrast layouts, and futuristic purple-toned aesthetics. Each design was created to communicate one strong idea instantly while maintaining clarity and visual consistency across the channel.

A key part of the strategy involved understanding viewer behavior and attention patterns. Instead of overcrowded visuals, the focus was placed on simplified storytelling and strong visual hierarchy to improve engagement and click-through potential.

Alongside visual branding, I also contributed to content positioning, audience-focused communication, and maintaining consistency across the platform’s overall content ecosystem.

This project reflects my approach to content strategy by combining branding, storytelling, and audience psychology to create visually engaging content systems optimized for platform behavior.
