Built a vibe-coded CRM platform for a UK-based company featuring workflow management, scheduling, employee coordination, and client operations.
TaskMaster is a fully functional CRM and workflow management platform developed to simplify internal business operations, employee coordination, and client management for modern service-based businesses.
The platform was designed around real operational needs, including employee management, client handling, scheduling systems, workflow tracking, and operational organization. The primary objective was to create a centralized system that improves productivity, simplifies communication, and reduces manual processes across teams.
This project was built through a modern vibe coding workflow using AI-assisted development tools and rapid product experimentation. Instead of approaching the project through traditional software engineering, the focus was placed on product thinking, workflow structure, usability, and solving practical business problems.
A major part of the process involved studying how businesses manage operations internally and translating those challenges into a functional digital system. From scheduling and task organization to workflow monitoring and client tracking, every feature was designed to improve efficiency and team coordination.
The platform was also tested in real operational environments by a UK-based company, helping validate the usability and functionality of the system in practical business workflows.
